Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a defective product, or

  • You receive an incorrect item.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Innerwear has been opened, used, or tried on

  • Original packaging, tags, or hygiene seals are removed or damaged

  • The product shows signs of wear, misuse, or damage after delivery


Return Window

  • Eligible return requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery.


Refunds

  • Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are initiated after quality verification of the returned product.

  • Processing time is 5–7 working days after approval.
