Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
You receive a defective product, or
You receive an incorrect item.
Returns will not be accepted if:
Innerwear has been opened, used, or tried on
Original packaging, tags, or hygiene seals are removed or damaged
The product shows signs of wear, misuse, or damage after delivery
Return Window
Eligible return requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are initiated after quality verification of the returned product.
Processing time is 5–7 working days after approval.
